It was 2 months since I found out I was pregnant, and I have to admit, I was so happy, that I literally put on 15 pounds of fat just like that. My family was shocked to see me like this because I am supposed to be the healthiest one of all!

But I did managed to read the entire book in one go because it was really interesting the way Michelle had focused on everything in a step by step system. Yep, it sounded easy, and the workouts were fun too! Although she claimed 27 minutes a day, I took like 35 to 40 minutes because like I said, AM NO COACH!

I usually ended up doing the Moderate Mama workouts most of the time because well…. I don’t like working out… Lol.. And guess what, my acne was gone! Yep! The book shows a 10 step formula to get rid of the acne that women usually end up getting during the pregnancy period.

Michelle also mentioned about the different symptoms and moods I will be getting during my pregnancy and this really gave a good heads up to my hubby and glad it did! You will see for yourself once you enter the 4th month of pregnancy.

...I gave birth to Sally and by following the Pregnancy Without Pounds Routine on Post Pregnancy Weight Loss, I managed to lose the pregnancy fat in like a month, and now am back the way I was (30 lbs lighter!) , but more fit and stronger though.

I have to say, Michelle Moss has done a good job with the Pregnancy Without Pounds program, and a life saver for me. God knows what I would have done without this program.
